Out Of Hours: NHS 111

If you should need medical assistance during times when we are closed then please call the NHS 111 service (by dialling 1, 1, 1).  Calls to NHS 111 are free from landlines and mobiles.

Routine Appointments

Routine appointments to see a doctor or nurse can be made by telephoning the surgery on 0207 267 0067 between 8:30am and 6:00pm (except Mondays between 1:00pm and 2:00pm, and Thursdays between 1:00pm and 2:30pm, when reception is closed)

Appointments can be booked in advance, subject to availability.  These appointments are booked at intervals of 10 minutes. Every effort is made to keep to these times.  However, we are sure you will understand that there will be occasions when this overruns.

Please make a separate appointment if more than one member of the family is to be seen.

If you cannot keep your appointment for whatever reason, please ring to cancel it as this frees up the time for someone else. Failure to cancel your appointment may result in your removal from this practice. We lose between 45 - 50 appointments every week because people fail to keep their appointments and do not inform us in advance.

You can also book and cancel appointments online,If you haven't done this before then you will need to obtain a pin number/password from reception.

To book online please click the following link (for patients with an online patient access account): Patient Access

Late evening appointments

We now offer late evening appointments from 6:30 to 7:00 Monday to Thursday.  These are primarily for patients who find it difficult to get to the surgery during normal opening hours.

Text appointment reminders

Please let us know your current mobile number so that we can send a text to remind you of any booked appointments.
