Comments on any aspect of the practice will be received with interest. There is a Suggestion Box in reception where you can leave your comments and suggestions.
We always try to provide the best service possible although there may be times when you feel this has not happened. Information is available at reception which explains our in-house complaints procedure although our practice is not able to deal with questions of legal liability or compensation.
