Comments on any aspect of the practice will be received with interest. There is a Suggestion Box in reception where you can leave your comments and suggestions.

Complaints Procedure

We always try to provide the best service possible although there may be times when you feel this has not happened. Information is available at reception which explains our in-house complaints procedure although our practice is not able to deal with questions of legal liability or compensation. All complaints should be in writing and this can be either via a completed complaint form collected from our reception desk or via an email sent to our practice manager using the following email address:

Coronavirus (COVID-19) advice: Please call 111 now if you've been: to Wuhan or Hubei Province in China in the last 14 days (even if you do not have symptoms); or to other parts of China, including Macau and Hong Kong, in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if it's mild); or to Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Republic of Korea or Malaysia in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if it's mild); in close contact with someone with confirmed coronavirus. Do not go to a GP surgery, community pharmacy or hospital. Call 111, stay indoors and avoid close contact with other people.
